Posting Cat Photos Is Good For Your Health.
It’s true. Well that’s my theory. But researchers have recently proved that the act of posting even a simple status update makes you feel more connected and less lonely. Getting ‘likes’ or ‘comments’ doesn’t appear to make much of a difference. Even posting what you ate for dinner is good for your well-being. (I had shredded tuna in a savory broth by the way.) They call it ‘social snacking’. Quick tidbits to satisfy a feeling of emptiness. And who doesn’t love that. I graze on tasty tidbits all day long. So go ahead, repost my photo. I guarantee it’ll be very satisfying.
